Making a Deposit
For standard card deposits the minimum amount is $20. Other electronic payment methods may have their own minimums. The cashier will show you the applicable amount and payment information before you confirm.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to the same payment methods you can use to deposit into your account. If we require account verification when you request a withdrawal, this will take approximately 24 hours to process once all required information has been received. We aim to deal with all verification matters within that timeframe, depending on the payment method and the extent of verification required.
Verification
We require verification in order to protect your account and prevent misuse. Follow the instructions given within your BetGo account and only provide requested information via the method specified by our official channels. Never send your password, full payment method details (such as a bank account number) or security codes to customer support.
Bonuses and Real-Money Balances
Bonus funds (your promotional balance) are separate from your deposited real money. Look for the terms and conditions for offers relating to your bonus funds - including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum cash-out and more - in addition to minimum deposit and expiration dates.
